Boston Networks has further strengthened its management team with the appointment of Claire McNeil to the newly created position of Quality & Compliance Manager.
A highly knowledgeable compliance professional, Claire brings with her 20 years’ experience of implementing and auditing Quality Management Systems and implementing Environmental strategies.
In her new role, Claire will head up the Quality & Compliance team, taking responsibility for ensuring compliance to regulatory standards and adherence to all areas and aspects of Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety.
With a successful track record of implementing best practise, she will also be charged with further developing the continuous improvement culture and with challenging and improving policies and processes throughout all areas of the business.
In her previous role, Claire was an independent Quality & Environmental Consultant, specialising in retail and waste management, where she enabled a wide range of businesses to implement specialised management systems and reduce their carbon footprint.

Claire has three children and three dogs. She is a qualified personal trainer, a keen photographer and an accomplished Irish Dancer.
